Kombucha is fermented tea - it's created by adding a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast) to sweetened tea. The bacteria and yeast work together to break down the sugar and convert it into acetic acid and carbon dioxide - resulting in the slightly tangy and fizzy characteristics associated with kombucha.
Kimchi & Kraut
Made with organic ingredients, we take a 'coastal' spin to the traditional kimchi recipe. Our vegan-friendly kimchi and sauerkraut are nutrient-dense and full of probiotics - promoting a strong immune system and a healthy gut microbiome.
